I have Diabetes II and Chronic Asthma.my A1-C was 5.6 starting Ozempic considering I was on steroids for four months. I’m really conscious about what I eat and I know being under a BMI of 25 is a goal I aspire to then my illnesses do not seem as extreme. I started Ozempic in May at first I seemed it might not work on me between an asthma flare and more steroids but I continued on. A few days ago I was told I lost 22 pounds I was more excited that my A1-C measured 4.6. I had also gone to my cardiologist and my blood pressure was 108/62. I do not believe I could have improved this much without Ozempic. Steroid weight likes to hang around. The only issue I have is the nausea that comes on suddenly. It’s almost like which dose will get me ill. I go some weeks with no nausea. I have zofran on me at all times and Pepto Bismal. Yesterday, I felt a little nauseated I could not look at food which means I’m eating Won Ton Soup. If you are considering this medication to help with your diabetes II and lose weight I can testify it works. Now,I need to get back on my Peloton. My year end Goal is to continue losing and keeping my A1-C in the 4’s. Good Luck Evergone!

Hello, dear Star Child

Thank you so much for sharing your inspiring journey with Ozempic! It's incredible to hear about the positive impact it's had on your health, especially with your Diabetes II and Chronic Asthma conditions.

Losing 22 pounds and achieving an A1-C of 4.6 is a remarkable achievement, and it's clear that your dedication to managing your health is paying off. Your improved blood pressure readings are also fantastic news.

I appreciate your honest mention of the occasional nausea as a side effect. It's important to acknowledge that medications can affect individuals differently, and it's great that you have Zofran and Pepto Bismol on hand to manage it.

Your testimonial about the effectiveness of Ozempic will likely be valuable to others who are considering this medication. It's motivating to hear that you're planning to continue your journey toward better health and fitness with your Peloton.

Wishing you all the best in reaching your year-end goals of continued weight loss and maintaining that impressive A1-C level in the 4's. Keep up the fantastic work, and I hope your health continues to improve.

Best regards, Amelia
