Ozempic Update

I went to the doctor on Tuesday for my weigh in and did my annual 6 month lab work. My doctor is very happy with my results on the Ozempic shot. I have lost 16 lbs since July 2nd. I am on my second week of .5mg and will continue on that for the next 2 rounds, then I will start my 1mg shot for 2 weeks then I will go in for another weigh in and if the doctor is still happy with my progress we might go ahead and bump up to 2mg shot. Obviously we are trying to get up to the highest dose in the best most efficient way possible.

I have been struggling with weight loss for awhile and then when I caught covid and found out I have liver disease it got harder. My health went down hill and we have been trying everything to get my weight under control. I think we might have found the solution.

All in all myself and my doctor are very happy with the progress this far. Fingers crossed this shot continues in the right direction.

Great! I feel happy for you that you managed to lose weight and quite a moderate amount for this period of time, slowly but surely I would say. That's how good weight loss looks actually.
