Monthly cost of ozempic

I have blue cross insurance but cannot get a pharmacy to tell me what the cost will be for ozempic.
I have read it's right at 1000 a month if insurance won't pay.
So, if it's not to nosey, would you share your out of pocket expense to use ozempic?
Ballpark figures would help.
Best pharmacy to deal with etc etc.
I have the script but don't want to start it at the wrong place. My CVS that I normally use does not have it in stock and does not know when they'll get it again. They said it's hit and miss. They never know.

You need to get that information from Blue Cross as if it's covered and what the copay will be. I pay a $37 a month copay if going to a preferred pharmacy. It would be higher if non preferred. The medication is covered if you have type 2 diabetes. Not covered for weight loss. If Blue Cross is a commercial policy, there is a discount card available form Ozempic for as little as $25 a month, check their website. If not covered, try SingleCare or goodRx for a coupon.

Thanks Dave. Good info and right on. I was able to get the ozempic and I'm on my 4th week of .25 dose. So far so good.
