Hi everyone! ;)To begin with, I have polycystic ovary syndrome and chronic tiredness. Phentermine was something I tried in the past, but it didn't work for me. When my doctor prescribed me Ozempic, it became my personal start of Ozempic success story.

I have polycystic ovary syndrome and chronic tiredness. Phentermine was something I tried in the past, but it didn't work for me. I am now in my sixth week and have dropped 6 kg. I could hardly buy Ozempic at my pharmacy since so many people use it. This was one more confirmation of the fact I made the right choice.

As an appetite suppressant, Ozempic did a great job. I easily refused fat foods I adored. Now I can feel full with two meals a day instead of 4 ones. I have found that I am OK when I have something extremely modest for morning and afternoon tea, even if it is just a tiny piece of chocolate. This trick prevents me from binge eating later. At the very least, three or four times a week, I'm going to give thirty minutes of my time to some kind of physical activity, even if it's simply walking. My endocrinologist stressed the importance of not eating if I do not feel hungry. So please don't expect to lose weight if you don't put the work and effort into the weight loss process. That's all I wanted to say.
