1mg per week for 1 year results

I have been taking 1mg a week for about 1 year. It was to control A1c. My Ac1 has gone form 7.8 to 5.4 and I have accidently lost 20 lbs. I have needed to loose some weight for a long time...but like most had not been able to or if I did it came right back later. Without trying to change anything this 20lbs has come off in the past year. My Dr says it must be the change from Metaformin to Ozempic. It makes me really wonder what the 2.4mg a week weightloss dose would do.

Hi @Me1134 , how are you doing? How is your experience with Ozempic?

It's working amazingly well for A1C control which of course what I am taking it for. I am still losing some weight but mainly lost weight the 1st year.
