Hello. To start my post, I would like to report briefly on the following.
I'm 45 years old man, I stand 1.85 meters tall, and I have diabetes of both type 1 and type 2.
Since I began using Ozempic almost two months ago, I have had adverse effects, even with the tiniest dosage (0,25 mg). However, later I realized everything was not so bad on the 0,25 mg dose. The adverse effects are almost impossible to bear at doses of 0.5 mg and 1 mg.
I can attest to almost all Ozempic side effects, including nausea, insomnia, constipation, and Ozempic sulfur burps. At times, adverse reactions are so intense that I think about quitting the treatment. But at the same time, I should say that I have already reduced my weight from 103 kg to 95 kg, which is a wonderful sensation.
Do you have any advice for me on how I might reduce the severity of the side effects from Ozempic, even if I'm taking a large dose? Particularly the queasy feeling and the need to throw up...
Something I can share. Chewing gum helps to get rid of the unpleasant taste that's lingering in my mouth.
