Extreme fatigue

Has anyone experienced extreme fatigue while taking ozempic? I'm currently on .50mg dosage.
I feel sooo tired. I feel like I could sleep all day. When I wake up in the morning I usually have a headache and just don't feel well. Not quite nausea, but just not well.
It takes me most of the morning just to get going and I dont start feeling more normal until after 6pm. It has taken a lot of my appetite away and I think it has messed with my tastebuds. Some foods I use to like, now taste off.
Curious if anyone else has any of these symtoms.

Yes, I myself was feeling very tired while using Ozempic at first, and I also read people had the same effect on it. So I guess it's OK, since it tends to wear off after a while. About the taste of food, I can tell the same thing. That's the appetite suppressant effect. Well, I can't tell that my taste feelings have changed a lot, but my appetite has decreased significantly. Too bad you experience side effects, I know that headaches can significantly reduce your quality of life so that you can't function normally all day. And I hope soon your state will improve, so you can enjoy your daily routine without any pain.
